Why become an ULTRA Teen Choice chapter?
ULTRA Teen Choice helps youth to succeed by providing education, peer counseling and accountability relationships for youth that will empower them to be successful in life by choosing abstinence from sex outside of marriage and abstinence from drugs and alcohol. As a chapter of ULTRA Teen Choice you will be carrying out the same mission at your location. Chapters receive a complete start up kit of field tested PowerPoint presentations, peer counseling scripts, DVD videos and curricula. A print manual is included, plus a CD ROM of reproducible forms, scripts and materials. Each chapter will receive an on location one day training on site that will teach staff and volunteers how to implement the program. ULTRA Teen Choice will provide ongoing technical assistance. ULTRA Teen Choice (UTC) Chapters carry out the mission and purpose of ULTRA Teen Choice. UTC Chapters enable organizations, schools, churches or other groups to provide education, peer counseling and accountability relationships for their youth and young adults. To apply to become a Chapter fill out the Chapter application and return it to ULTRA Teen Choice by email, fax or mail. We will contact you to schedule an in person or telephone consultation to review the materials and process, as well as answer any questions.
